Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are made and packed with care. Most ship within 2–4 business days after you place your order. During peak drops or holidays, please allow a few extra days — we’ll always email you tracking as soon as your order heads out.

Shipping Times

• USA: 3–7 business days after processing

• Canada: 7–14 business days (customs may vary)

• Other Countries: Currently shipping only within North America

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can check the status anytime. If tracking hasn’t updated in 3–5 days, reach out to us at support@dirtdaddy.co and we’ll look into it.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during special drops or promotions — watch our socials and product pages.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package seems stuck or lost, contact us. We’ll work directly with the carrier to help locate it or arrange a replacement when possible.

Address Errors
Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses can’t be replaced or refunded once shipped.
