Ordering & Shipping
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Most orders ship in 2–4 business days from U.S.-based partners. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship in the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and want gear, email us at support@dirtdaddy.co and we’ll do our best.
Q: My order says “unfulfilled.” What does that mean?
A: That means it’s in production / being prepared. Once it’s handed off to the carrier, it’ll show “fulfilled” and you’ll get tracking.
Sizing & Fit
Q: Do the hats fit big heads?
A: Yes. Our snapback truckers and 5-panel styles are adjustable and comfortably fit around ~21"–24"+ heads. If you’re usually on the last snap, you’re good.
Q: Are the hoodies true to size?
A: Hoodies run slightly on the “work layer” side. If you like a standard fit, order your normal size. If you want it more fitted, you can size down. If you want it loose over other layers or a vest, stay true.
Q: Are the tees unisex?
A: Yes. Tees are cut for real shoulders, real arms, real torsos. Women typically go one size down for a more fitted look.
Quality & Materials
Q: Is this “fashion streetwear,” or can I actually work in it?
A: You can work in it. Our hats, hoodies, tees, beanies, and carry gear are built for sweat, dust, diesel, weather, and long days. If you’re just wearing it to take selfies, that’s on you.
Q: Are your 3D puff logos going to crack or peel?
A: No. Our 3D “puff” is raised embroidery stitch, not cheap printed ink. It’s made to take abuse.
Q: Will the camo fade?
A: Duck camo / range camo may soften over time from sun and sweat (like any real work gear), but it’s built for outdoor use, not just for Instagram.
Exchanges & Issues
Q: My gear showed up damaged / wrong. What do I do?
A: Email support@dirtdaddy.co with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right. Don’t worry — we’re not corporate and we’re not going to ghost you.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: If it’s unused and in sellable condition, yes. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll walk you through it.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: On normal, non-abused product, yes. On limited pre-sale / numbered drops, all sales are usually final because we produce those in tight runs. If there’s an issue with quality, reach out anyway and we’ll work it out like humans.
The $1 Giveback
Q: Is the $1 thing real or just marketing?
A: It’s real. $1 from every single order goes directly toward helping a family who lost their provider — rent, groceries, gas cards, school supplies. We’re not doing “awareness.” We’re doing real money to real people.
Q: Who gets the help?
A: Families who’ve lost the parent or guardian who paid the bills. You can nominate a family here.
Q: Can I see proof?
A: Yes. We post impact updates (with permission) on Families We’ve Helped.
Collabs & Community
Q: I run a crew / brand / local business. Can we do a collab drop?
A: Maybe. If it’s authentic and it helps real people, we’re in. Start here: Join the Mission.
Q: Will you sponsor our team / event?
A: We don’t sponsor “for exposure.” We do partner with people who are helping real working families. Email us your idea at support@dirtdaddy.co.
